Returns We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original label attached.
As our products are handmade, we kindly ask that you check sizing guides carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
How to Return To start a return, please contact us at threeshadesofcreation@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, we will issue you with a store credit.
.Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
